FULL TEXT: Charges of bigamy against Mrs. Frances Eleanor
Lowe, 34, of 849 S. 1st continued in Police Court yesterday while F.B.I.
officials investigated charges that she was receiving Army allotment checks
from two soldier-husbands.
When arraigned in Police Court, Mrs. Lowe said her mind “was
a blank about my first marriage.” Certificates show Mrs. Lowe married Pvt.
Stanley C. Faulkender, 31, Camp Atterbury, Ind., at Elizabethtown, Ky., last
July, and Pvt. William F. Byars, 22, Fort Knox, last October.
