Barbara Ondricek, Serial Killer Mom – Bohemia, 1882

FULL TEXT (Translated from German): From Schlau, Bohemia, it is reported: The Royal district courts in Schlan received an anonymous letter, which contained information about three deaths in the town of Huidon, which had taken place under suspicious circumstances. The police there carried out closer inquiries and established the facts –

The widow Barbara Ondricek's three children died suddenly in short periods of time: on March 20, a six-year-old girl; on March 27 a three-year-old; and on April 14, a nine-year-old boy. All three children were buried without a prior death examination.

Barbara Ondricek, who had a bad moral reputation, is said to have expressed herself before the death of her children that, as long as they were alive, she could not marry and that in general they stood in her way everywhere.

Before he died, the older boy told several local villagers that his mother had given him the phosphorus from matches in soup and coffee.

Since public opinion in the whole place called the widow Ondricek a poisoner, she was arrested and delivered to the Royal District Court.

Stefán Aurél erre a csendőrségre ment, ahol följelentette a méregkeverő társaságot.
