Stunning! Hundreds of Female Serial Killer Cases Rediscovered

Index of Female Serial Killers

Criminologists have based their observations regarding on female serial killers on lists and data gathered by historians of crime. Yet it is a fact that very little actual research has been devoted by crime historians to the subject of crime committed by women. This fact has been overlooked.

In 1998 Kelleher & Keller published a list of 86 cases in the groundbreaking book, Murder Most Rare: The Female Serial Killer. In 2007, Peter Vronsky published a list of 140 cases in Female Serial Killers: How and Why Women Become Monsters.

The Unknown History of MISANDRY has employed new research techniques -- search engines using key words to comb large databases of newspapers and other publications. So far we have uncovered more than 770 cases (with 3 or more victims; a list including 2-victim cases (Newton's definition in his Encyclopedia) would be a much longer list).
