An Entire Law Firm Arrested and Jailed for Divorce Fraud - 1869


FULL TEXT: All members of the law firm charged with fraud in the Dalzell divorce case have been lodged in jail, to await the action of the grand jury. A motion will soon be made in the Supreme Court for revoking the commissions of all Notaries Public who have been concerned in fraudulent divorce cases, and preventing such of them as are lawyers from practicing their profession.
